This Single Malt Whisky Japanese is produced by the White Oak distillery, under the Akashi label. Use single malts whisky from various refinements, aged between 5 and 7 years.

Akashi is a brand of the White Oak distillery, responsible for several releases in recent years due to the ever-increasing interest from the world towards the whisky Japanese: having a very high demand it is impossible for White Oak to propose whisky with declared age, preferring to give the possibility to the internal master blender to select the best barrels without an age criterion to manage this phase of the selection.

TASTE

Long and soft, fine and round, light and tasty with creamy hints and notes of vanilla and American oak, good persistence.

AGING

Between 5 and 7 years in ex Bourbon and ex Sherry barrels.
