Our wine shop, located in a residential area of Roma, was born in 2008, thanks to passion for wine and spirits; from a small company over time we have managed to become a point of reference in the sector of sale of whisky online, thanks to the quality of the products and in particular the professionalism of the service offered. The idea of ​​getting involved as Whisky Online-Shop there has always been, but the passion for the whisky begins in 2018, when during a trip to Japan we were lucky enough to visit the fantastic Suntory Yamazaki distillery in Shimamoto, in the Osaka prefecture, producer of the famous and award-winning whisky Yamazaki and Hibiki.

The tastings, the environment and the care with which the whisky prompted us to deepen this passion, which led us until 2020, when Aquavitae.shop was born!

Our business, family run, tries to take a cue from what most impressed us about Suntory: the attention to detail, the attention to the product and its conservation. We try to replicate all this in our own small way, starting from a selection process which leads us to choose the most interesting labels at the best prices, in order to provide the customer with the product at the best possible price; moreover, when they come to us, we check the bottles, almost all in cartons, as they come open one by one and controlled individually, to then be protected by special plastic films necessary for protection from external agents.
