Single Malt Irish Whiskey limited edition matured in first-fill Kentucky Bourbon casks. Only 1803 bottles produced and all hand numbered of this whisky matured for 16 years, which shows all the characteristics of a long aging in wood.
TASTE: Citrus notes, then butterscotch and toffee. Soft with hints of caramel and vanilla. In the finish a little spiciness with persistent toasted oak.
AGING: American oak barrels ex Bourbon.
