Bellevoye Noir Tourbe is a whisky new conception French, created by Jean and Alexander with the precise aim of giving a voice to the producing regions of whisky of France. The brand therefore does not translate into the canonical construction of a distillery from which to produce the whisky, but with the creation of a brand under which to market whisky selected and created starting from the best whisky of all of France. Basically Bellevoye looks for and selects casks of whisky of other distilleries, combining them and sometimes refining them further in their warehouses to achieve the goal that the company has set itself with that precise whisky.

In this case Bellevoye Noir Tourbe is nothing but the union of three whisky French wines from Alsace, Lorraine and Northern France, aged first – for at least five years – in French oak barrels and nine months after the union of the three whisky in virgin French oak barrels, to facilitate the intensity and expressiveness of the whisky. A unique blend therefore, to which is added the peculiarity of the peat which gives further character to the final product.

TASTE: Dense and intense, smoky and sweet notes of vanilla, ripe fruit, spices and dried fruit.
