Bimber is a young distillery located in London, which has been producing excellent distillates since 2016: from Single Malt to Blended whisky, passing from the production of Gin to that of Premium Vodka.
Bimber Apogee XII is a Blended made with whisky of malt from the Scottish regions of Speyside and Highland. After accruing for at least 12 years i whisky are married, then Apogee undergoes a short refinement in ex Bourbon barrels previously used to mature the precious whisky Bimber.
It is bottled at an alcohol content of 46.3% vol, without the addition of dyes and without cold filtration.
TASTE: Freshness combined with slightly charred oak notes and spices. In the fruity finish with persistent sweetness and wood spices.
