Bimber Distillery
Bimber Distillery is an artisanal micro-distillery based in North London. Bimber was the name of a kind of moonshine that the founders' grandfather produced in Poland.
The distillery is located in the area near Wembley and since the beginning of 2016 has produced various spirits, with a preference for whisky of malt: the first barrel was filled on May 26, 2016, while the first Single Malt bottling was presented after three years, in September 2019.
The Bimber range includes: London Dry Gin and a Super Premium Vodka. In the artisanal and small batch production of Bimber spirits, no artificial colors or other additives are added.
