The Clément Rhum Agricole Blanc is the unaged Rhum Agricole of the Clément company. Located in Martinique, the French overseas department, it has been developing pure sugar cane juice distillates since 1887. Qualitatively important both for their AOC brand and for the quality of sugar cane used, Clément rums display a complex character. It is the squeezing of the sugar cane which, following the strict standards of the AOC brand, gives the rums intense organoleptic characteristics. Sugar cane juice must be processed quickly so as not to spoil its quality and the Clément company is an example of this. 

 Clément Rhum Agricole Blanc is born from the pure juice of freshly harvested sugar cane, which after fermentation is gently distilled to concentrate all its natural flavors and aromas. The distillate is left to rest in stainless steel tanks so as not to impart any color. A fresh, clean and balanced Rhum Agricole and absolutely suitable for mixing. 

TASTE: Clean, fresh subtle notes of brown sugar.
