Aquavitae orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday, while if the orders are placed on Friday they will be processed only if received by 10.00.

Shipping costs start from €7.50 and may vary based on the weight of the goods ordered and calculated automatically during the order process. If the order is under €25.00, €5.00 will be charged as a supplement for small amounts. If the order is equal to or greater than €130.00, the shipping costs are totally free.

The shipment of products is normally done by express courier, the products are properly packaged (individually) and we only use thick cardboard packages. The package is anonymous, it does not report our details or details of the products contained except in the shipping note, where the company name is shown. The bottles are wrapped in a round of 100 g / m² strengthened tear-proof bubble film and placed in sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes, totally recyclable. The protective module creates an extremely effective shockproof chamber between the end of the bottle and the box, guaranteeing maximum integrity and safety.

All parcels are delivered by the best couriers in 24/48 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances from the couriers themselves. Orders received after 10:00 on Friday will be processed by 16:00 on the following Monday.

For deliveries to islands and remote areas, shipping times are at least 48 hours and may vary according to the courier's schedule.

It is specified that delivery times are indicative only and are calculated from the day of shipment. Aquavitae does not assume responsibility for delays, but undertakes to minimize any problems by providing complete customer assistance.

Orders are normally processed within 1 working day, after verification of payment by credit card or paypal.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped when the amount is available in our current account.

Delivery by the Courier is carried out from Monday to Friday and during normal business hours, therefore it is necessary to indicate an address where there is someone who can receive the shipment and a telephone number to allow the Courier to contact the buyer. Shipping prices vary based on the weight of the goods ordered and are automatically calculated in the order process. Indicatively, for shipments to Italy the following rates apply:

• Rate throughout Italy (excluding Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria) up to 3 Kg (€ 7,50 including VAT)
• Rate throughout Italy (excluding Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria) over 3 kg (€ 9,50 including VAT)
• Rate for Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria throughout Italy up to 3 Kg (€ 7,50 including VAT)
• Rate for Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria throughout Italy over 3 Kg (€ 13,00 VAT included)
