A distillate that wants to be a clear example of exceptional quality Philippine molasses rum. Using the "Black Gold" molasses derived from the processing of the noble sugar cane of the Negros Island in the extensive "Sugarlandia", the master blender has created a rum with a particular aroma thanks to the idea of ​​wanting to age the distillate in barrels that they have matured very prestigious Sherry. The distillate, which was previously aged in ex Bourbon American oak barrels for a period of four years, proceeds its maturation for another 18 months in barrels that were used for a previous aging of Sherry Pedro Ximenez, Sherry Fino and Sherry Cream.

Once the maturation is complete, the distillate is carefully assembled and the masterpiece is savored. Don Papa Sherry Cask maintains a final alcohol content of 45% vol; thanks to its aging in the tropical and humid climate of the Philippines, rum has a unique structure and aromatic complexity. At sight it has a dark amber color with red reflections also derived from the fact that it was bottled without being filtered.

TASTE: Memories of hazelnut, dried fruit and fruity notes. Soft notes of chocolate and very ripe fruit such as raisins and figs. The finish is velvety and creamy.
