BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
Flóki Single Malt Sheep Dung Smoked Reserve is not just a whisky Icelandic, but it is also the only one whisky coming from this island to pass through a peculiar barley smoking technique, an ancestral technique and taken up by the Floki distillery to symbolize the link between whisky and Iceland. Eimver Distilley is the only distillery of whisky of all of Iceland and Floki is a small production that joins that of gin in order to then be able to freely experiment with refinements, trying to perfect this step and above all trying to exploit the artisanal and peasant history of Iceland. In this case the Sheep Dung Smoking process is a process known to Icelanders for centuries (or perhaps longer, who knows) which slightly connotes the malt, not peating in the Scottish sense of the term but a different approach to the material. This Floki Limited Reserve is a single cask bottling aged 3 years in ex-Floki Young Malt
