François Peyrot Liqueur Poire Williams & Cognac is one of the leading products of the François Peyrot maison. Cognac is the fine brandy that derives from the distillation of wine exclusively produced in the Charente region of France. The center of the production of this famous distillate is the town Cognac. Liqueur Poire Williams & Cognac is a refined and elegant product. Starting from the wine produced from Ugni blanc and Colombard grapes aged in white oak barrels, we proceed to the distillation of this important wine creating the basic distillate of François Peyrot Liqueur Poire Williams & Cognac or Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne. The Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne ages for 2 years in oak barrels. This already very important cognac is enriched by the distilled juice of 14 kg of pears per bottle. The pears are carefully selected from a very particular area for the production of sweet and aromatic pears. The result of this skilful blending is a product that has no equal. With its powerful and rich bouquet it strikes those who taste it. It can be sipped as a meditation distillate or served as an accompaniment to excellent ice cream creams.

TASTE: Fresh flavor of Williams pears, sweet and well balanced. There are also memories of wood typical of aged Cognacs.
