This Single Grain produced by Glendalough, in Ireland, is characterized by a double maturation: the whiskey it is aged in ex Bourbon casks and subsequently in selected casks, which have contained Sherry Oloroso.

TASTE: Sweet and soft, with caramel, honey and pepper, dried fruit, maraschino cherries and brown sugar; in the final ginger and a hint of almonds.

AGING: American oak barrels ex Bourbon and oak barrels ex Sherry Oloroso.
