Whisky Glendalough Single Cask Madeira Finish
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
Glendalough Single Cask Madeira Finish is a whiskey rather singular Irish because it tells a recent story of a group of friends who decided a few years ago to abandon the security of their previous job to devote themselves to distillation. In a few years of work the Glendalough distillery has become operational, we are in County Wicklow in Ireland, one of the most fascinating places for those who love the atmosphere of the Irish hills. In addition to poetry, however, we need to get busy and start producing whiskey: the boys have given themselves to the first distillation experiments and in the meantime, to get the name of Glendalough around, they have seen fit to put on the market some single casks of whiskey sourced from other Irish distilleries giving it their own twist. In this case the selected cask previously contained Madeira, giving a completely unusual touch to the blended whiskey content.
