Hatozaki Pure Malt Small Batch is a whisky Japanese proposed by the Kaikyo distillery, one of the last born capable of proposing a whisky peculiar, as the result of the union of a very small number of barrels, about 20 for each single batch, giving the enthusiast the opportunity to taste different facets of this whisky. In fact, in Japan the attention to detail is unique and the whisky of this country is no less: the skilled hands of the master blender are able to combine only the best barrels to give a cross-section of the precision and attention to every detail of this product. In this case, Hatozaki Pure Malt Small Batch is the result of the assembly of about twenty different barrels, with three types of refinement: ex bourbon, ex sherry and Japanese oak barrels, the precious Mizunara, to give many olfactory and gustatory nuances .
