700ml BOTTLE
A small Japanese distillery founded in 1949 is launching this limited edition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of its foundation. Hinotori means (Phoenix) in Japanese which explains the illustration on the bottle and box of this one whisky. Produced on the island of Honshu, it is a blend of cereals and malt. Hintori 5 years is aged in Japanese oak barrels from Mizunara already used for the aging of others whisky. It's a whisky unfiltered.
TASTE: Notes of toasted nuts, hints of vanilla, wood tannins.
AGING: Japanese oak barrels from Mizunara.
