Kamiki Blended Malt is the first whisky in the world to age in casks Yoshino Sugi, known as Japanese cedar; Japanese cedar was used to build temples, but is also known for its pleasant, refreshing fragrance and smooth texture. This whisky Japanese is produced by Yoshino Spirits in Osaka, in limited quantities, small batches and without cold filtration at an alcohol content of 48% vol.
TASTE: Perfectly balanced with heather, honey, Japanese plum, well balanced oak, peat, hints of sandalwood and green tea.
AGING: Japanese cedar barrels (Yoshino Sugi).
