Kavalan Distillery Select No.2 is not only the second edition of this Select series, but it is a different way of thinking about this blend, with a tone more shifted towards herbaceous notes and with a more accentuated maturity, despite the gustatory liveliness that distinguishes the products of Kavalan. Kavalan is the most famous distillery in Taiwan and for almost twenty years it has been managing to amaze enthusiasts of whisky from all over the world thanks to a large group of labels that are constantly winning international awards and achieving appreciative evaluations from the press, thanks to an unceasing work especially in managing the warehouses. In fact, Taiwan - having to deal with a tropical climate - has a much higher annual evaporation than most of the producing countries, making it difficult to have an important refinement in terms of years. The selection of this whisky it is operated by the employees of the Distillery, guaranteeing an always interesting level of quality.
