Kavalan King Car 40th Anniversary Limited Edition is the spearhead of the entire Kavalan production, a unique bottle of its kind and once again able to express the very high quality and emotional level of this distillery, certainly the biggest surprise of the whisky of the last decades. This Kavalan King Car 40th Anniversary Limited Edition is not so much celebratory of the distillery as of the company to which Kavalan belongs, namely King Car. To adequately celebrate this milestone, King Car has commissioned a whisky unique to Kavalan, i.e. a whisky aged for about eight years (even if not declared on the label) in oak barrels that previously contained French red wine. A singular choice, as well as that of the format (exclusively in magnum) and the shape of the crystal bottle, a tribute to the Snow Mountain that supplies water to the Kavalan Distillery. As you can see from the photo, the box set includes a Kavalan signed glass created to best taste this rare whisky.
