King Car produces this Taiwanese Single Malt with no age indication, characterized by the use of Spanish oak barrels ex Sherry Oloroso for the particular aging that the whisky Kavalan suffer; in practice the hot and humid climate of Taiwan affects the maturation of whisky, making it more violent and faster, so that the whisky acquires the character of the barrel that contains it in less time. According to the company even at a young age, the whisky Kavalan is more mature than others of the same age.

TASTE: Notes of dried fruit, then red fruits and hints of spices, with dark chocolate, mango and nuts.
