Kensei Single Grain is yet another example of how to make a big one whisky in Japan: the small Kiyokawa distillery is located in a valley close to the mountains of Nagano, in a perfect environment for resting the whisky in the small oak barrels from which this Single Grain comes out. The wording Single Grain specifies that the whisky comes from the distillation of grain, a whisky more delicate than the consideration whisky of malt. In addition to this, the maturation is carried out starting from high quality raw materials, and this is also one of the secrets of the quality of these products. Kiyokawa started producing a few years ago whisky but it is already carving out a leading role, thanks also to the refined and refined packaging.

TASTE: Refined, spices and honey, dried fruit and citrus, light smoky notes and candied orange.

AGING: American ex Bourbon oak barrels.
