Kiyomi in Japanese "Pure Beauty" is the precious white rum of the Japanese distillery Helios Distillery, which started producing rum from Okinawan sugar cane since 1961. For the creation of this distillate, the company did not use only a excellent quality of sugar cane but also a water very rich in minerals, pure. Basically it uses everything that the environment provides in nature. In fact, Helios Distillery is closely linked to a rigid company philosophy, where the main rule is to reduce one's ecological footprint and live in a greener and more sustainable way. 

Kiyomi Japanese White Rum is produced from sugar cane juice, carefully fermented and then distilled in column stills, the result is then left to rest in stainless steel tanks for a few months. Before bottling it goes through a quality control, to ensure the purity and transparency of the product. The result is an aromatic, balanced drink without edges, easily drinkable straight or even mixed in cocktails such as Mojito and Cuba Libre.

TASTE: Round, rich and powerful with a tone of sweetness and notes of white pepper as a finish.
