Kujira 10 Year Old White Oak Virgin Cask is a whisky unique of its kind, coming from a country that in a century of distillation of whisky has managed to make its way and today it is considered of a high level, thanks to the proverbial perfectionism of those in charge of the production phase. In this case with Kujira 10 Year Old White Oak Virgin Cask we have a whisky of rice, a cereal that can be used in distillation to give whisky but that no one had ever dared to exploit for a series of whisky like Kujira's. The production of the whisky Kujira Ryukyu takes place at the Masahiro distillery and in this case the rice used is of indica quality. Maturation takes place exclusively in virgin oak barrels, i.e. that have never known any other distillate before, to further characterize the white spirit. An unprecedented exceptionality.
