Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey it's a whiskey American as current as it is anchored in the past, because its history dates back to well before Prohibition, the worst period to produce whiskey of quality in the United States and the best time to do business with products of dubious quality. The Limestone Branch Distillery - owner of the brand of Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey - was founded in 2010 by brothers Stephen and Paul of the Beam family, i.e. the seventh generation of the founders of Jim Beam, not exactly an unknown brand. Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey it was produced from the end of the nineteenth century and today thanks to the Beam brothers it is back on the shelves, with its peculiar mash bill made up of 51% rye, 45% masi and 4% barley malt, with an aging in traditional oak barrels before a six-month passage in casks that have previously contained Spanish sherry. A whiskey of tradition restored to its former glory.
