Nikka is a large company and owns two main distilleries, namely Yoichi and Miyagikyo, from which this Nikka Tailored comes: only the most interesting barrels contribute to producing this blended whisky, most of which ages for years in ex Sherry barrels, with a higher cost per single barrel than the canonical process in ex Bourbon barrels.

Nikka Tailored is intended for a varied audience: it can be approached by anyone, from the novice looking for a great Japanese expression to the enthusiast who will have fun analyzing and studying the glass. A rare opportunity to experience the technical perfection of this Japanese company.

TASTE: Notes of dark chocolate and cocoa, a mix of dried fruit of great value, to then flow on the ripe fruit following what is found on the nose, from apple to white peach, without neglecting a discreet citric part of lemon and orange peel. Candied fruit and spices to season everything.

AGING: Oak barrels.
