Whisky Paul John Bold
BOTTLES CARTON 700ml
Paul John Bold represents a bold version of Indian malt from one of the most surprising distilleries of recent years, straight from Goa in India. Paul John is establishing itself around the world as a distillery with an important quality level, thanks to the technological innovations adopted during the distillation phase and a special care in the raw materials: the barley from which this malt originates is in fact six rows instead of the two canonicals and above all comes from the slopes of the Himalayas, all to give a more oily and round taste to the sip of the final distillate.
This version of whisky indian Bold - as the name promises - is distinguishable by the strong character of the malt combined with a precise important peat, to give a connection with the great peated malts of the island of Islay in Scotland, from which part of the peat used in the brewing process comes malting. The aging in oak and the high annual evaporation do the rest.
TASTE: decisive and peaty, spices and citrus notes, dried fruit and caramel
