Whisky Paul John Brilliance
700ml BOTTLE
Paul John Brilliance is a tribute from the Paul John distillery to the sun of Goa where this whisky is produced. Yes, in India: Paul John was the first distillery in India to fully believe in whisky and began distilling in 1995, managing in a short time to be appreciated by many enthusiasts around the world but also by international competitions where excellent scores abound. In addition to this, it must be known that the share of angels, i.e. the part of alcohol that evaporates naturally every year, is much higher in India than in Scotland, a capacity that obliges Paul John to let his wines mature for a few years whisky.
Paul John Brilliance is also named for the brilliant shades of color. Barley is produced in the foothills of the Himalayas before being carefully distilled and aged for a number of years which should be no more than eight.
