The Paul John Indian distillery was founded in 2004 in the state of Goa in South East India. In a short time it has managed to become a point of reference for fans of whisky around the world.
For the production of his whisky only Indian malt is used, peat is the only ingredient that is not produced in India, but comes directly from Scotland. For the maturation of Whisky Paul John mainly ex Bourbon casks are used, but also ex Sherry casks for special editions.
