Premier Barrel Inchgower 8 Year Old
700ml BOTTLE
Premier Barrel Inchgower 8 Year Old is a whisky sourced from the small Inchgower distillery and selected and refined by Douglas Laing, legendary independent bottler responsible for a plethora of top-tier bottlings and even some solo creations. The beauty of whisky Scottish is also created by independent bottlers, i.e. companies that do not produce whisky personally but who deal with purchasing barrels from various distilleries and then marketing them according to their own standards, trying to give their own vision of the distillery of origin and at the same time maintain a common thread between their own labels. In this case the choice fell on a single barrel of whisky produced by Inchgower and aged for over eight years, from which 381 bottles were produced at a slightly higher alcohol content than usual: an excellent way to delve deeper into a distillery that is certainly not very well known yet worthy of attention, as well as a good way to knowledge of Douglas Laing's selection method and delve deeper into this wonderful world.
