Whisky Rozelieures Former Pineau Des Charentes
700ml BOTTLE
Rozelieures Ex Pineau Des Charentes is a rare case of whisky coming from a distillery that personally follows each stage of production, following the raw material from birth to bottling. We are in the Lorraine area in France and Rozelieures has been approaching distillation for over 150 years, expanding its offer with the whisky in the last few years. The refinement of this whisky takes place in oak barrels with a final passage in barrels that previously contained Pineau Des Charentes, or a mistella, i.e. wine must whose fermentation is blocked by adding Cognac, a particular liqueur rather appreciated in France but not very well known in the rest of the world.
