This Whiskey Mexican Single Barrel from Sierra Norte is produced through a double distillation with 85% yellow Oaxacan corn and 15% malted barley; it presents itself to the nose with buttery notes of toasted corn and a hint of caramel, while on the palate it is particularly velvety. The whisky it ages for 10 months in French oak barrels.

TASTE: Soft, with notes of grilled pineapple, subtle red pepper spice; long and warm finish with honey and ash.
