WHISKY THE CHITA
700ml BOTTLE
The Chita is the only single grain whisky produced and bottled as such by Suntory. It is a blend of single grains (mainly corn), relatively young, but with strong taste characteristics that have been aged in different types of casks and distilled in the Chita distillery located a few kilometers from the city of Nagoya. Bottled at 43% volume in a bottle with the typical Suntory shape, The Chita is a tribute to the know-how of the grain distillery whose name in traditional Japanese calligraphy is now, like the other distilleries in the group, proudly displayed on the label.
Chita single grain can be enjoyed at room temperature with or without ice to express its full palette of flavours, or in highballs for a refreshing and 100% Japanese tasting experience. The Chita distillery is located near the port of Nagoya and is large enough to support the activities of the Suntory group with its whisky of wheat and also have a space in the Suntory branded product line with this chita tea, which is nothing if not the best possible selection of casks present in the warehouses of the Japanese distillery. We are sure we will have the chance to taste others whisky of wheat branded The Chita in the future.
