Whisky The Quiet Man 12 Year Old Sherry Finish
700ml BOTTLE
The Quiet Man is a series of whiskey Irish with a unique character, of great elegance, in the name of John Mulgraw's father, Ciaran Mulgraw, known for being a highly professional bartender and an extremely relaxed way of working. John created a series of whiskey which are based on the Cooley distillery, one of the most important for the production of whiskey Irish, and has selected the most interesting barrels for his project, which is to honor his father's memory.
This whiskey it is distilled three times according to the Irish tradition through the pot still, after which the refinement takes place in oak barrels that previously contained Bourbon, before a final step - the so-called finish - in barrels that contained Sherry, to broaden the character and the bouquet. The result of this double refinement is remarkable and is used to give greater depth to the wine whiskey final.
