Whisky The Quiet Man 12 Year Old
700ml BOTTLE
The Quiet Man, the quiet man: this is one of the symbols of the rebirth of whiskey Irish, thanks to a quality that runs through all the bottles of this series, named in honor of the father of John Mulgrew, the founder of the distillery, who was a bartender from Northern Ireland, known for being a quiet man also and above all at the counter, a symbol of great professionalism. To honor his father's memory, John Mulgrew studied a number of whiskey with a unique character but always with elegance as a strong point, whiskey that never point to impetuosity.
The distillation is triple, as per the Irish tradition, and the refinement takes place in ex bourbon oak barrels of 228 liters for 12 years. The key element is obviously the whiskey of wheat followed by distillation in pot still, according to the use still in vogue in many Irish distilleries.
