The Quiet Man is a series of whiskey Irish of various kinds but all with a very specific goal in mind, namely elegance and tranquility in tasting, characteristics that best represent the person to whom the series is dedicated, namely John Mulgrew, the father of the owner of the brand, who worked as a barman for over fifty years in Belfast, making professionalism and tranquility the keys to his work.

The Quiet Man, as per Irish tradition, is distilled three times with the pot still alembic at the Cooley distillery, before a fairly pronounced eight-year aging in barrels that have contained bourbon. This bottle is a wonderful introduction to whiskey Irish, thanks also to the low alcohol content of 40 degrees which allows it to be tasted for all palates.

TASTE: Wide and soft, from ripe yellow fruit to spices, notes of bitter cocoa and white pepper.

AGING: American ex Bourbon oak barrels.
