BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
The Whistler Irish Honey is a whiskey flavored with honey made with the personal recipe of the Boann distillery, which meets a good number of palates, especially for those who are not too fond of pure distillate or for a break between whiskey and another. The Boann distillery opened its gates in 2016 and has since decided - while waiting to be able to offer whiskey with its own name on the label – to offer enthusiasts a series of The Whistler branded products, including not only whiskey but other labels always respectful of the Irish alcoholic tradition.
In this case The Whistler Irish Honey is the result of the union between the honey produced in the Cooney family lands and a selection of whiskey Irish with a final aging in casks containing Spanish sherry. The Cooney family's love of bees is due to the need to have an important force to pollinate the fruit trees that are used for the production of cider, of which the family is the second largest producer in Ireland.
