Tipperary Boutique Distillery is a craft distillery by whiskey Irish born in 2014 thanks to three key characters: Jennifer Nickerson, Stuart Nickerson and Liam Ahearn.

Immersed in the fantastic Golden Vale in Ireland, the distillery is located in County Tipperary near the Ballindoney Farm, from which the raw materials for the production of Single Malt and Irish Single Pot Still are obtained Whiskey.

"Knockmealdowns" is the first limited edition release of the Mountain Range, a series of whiskey celebrating County Tipperary; The whisky Irish is made through a 10-year maturation in 6 ex Bourbon American oak barrels; later the whisky it is bottled at an alcohol content of 47%.

TASTE: Soft with sweet honey and citrus notes, then savory and spicy. In the persistent finish we find the tannins of the oak and a little ginger.
