Whisky Togouchi Japanese Blended Whisky Beer Cask Finish
700ml BOTTLE
Togouchi Japanese Blended Whisky Beer Cask Finish is a blended whisky of Japan with a special formula that makes it different from the vast majority of whisky on the market. First of all, Togouchi is not a distillery like the others in Japan but it is a company that selects and blends barrels from other distilleries which also include foreign plants, including Scotland, Canada and the United States.
The Japanese refinement then goes to compose delicate recipes by selecting the best barrels available and giving a unique character, as in this case in which the final refinement - curated by the Chief Blender - took place in barrels that previously contained rums from Martinique and later IPA beer from France. A nice way to give an unexpected twist to the monotonous world of blended, especially since only 36 barrels were used for this recipe, making the availability also low.
