Togouchi Single Malt Japanese Whisky it is the first Togouchi that Sakurau distillery has launched in 2021, in fact in 2018, Koichiro Shirai, the heir of Ichiro Shirai, improved the production facilities to meet the growing demand for Togouchi and created the Saukorao Distillery next to the brewery. This led to the company's name being changed from Chugoku Jozo company to Sakurao Distillery & Brewery.
