Umiki Ocean Fused Whisky it's a whisky one of a kind Japanese, a blended of some barrels of whisky of malt and whisky of wheat aged for the first part of the aging in American oak barrels before a final passage in barrels specially built with Japanese pine staves. The name Umiki is the union of the two words Ocean and Tree, symbolizing the union of these two elements: the whisky in fact, before bottling, it is diluted slightly with ocean water, after desalination. Despite the obvious peculiarities, this Umiki Ocean Fused Whisky he managed to carve out an interesting space in international competitions by collecting far more than encouraging scores.
