Whisky West Cork Black Cask


BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml

Blended Irish Whiskey produced by West Cork for their limited release "Cask Collection". This blend is made from Grain Whiskey (66%) and Malt Whiskey (34%); it is aged in first-fill Bourbon casks for three years and a further year in heavily charred ex-Bourbon casks, to achieve the perfect balance with a lingering vanilla sweetness.

TASTE: Malt notes, persistent sweetness, vanilla and light smoke.

AGING: First-fill American ex Bourbon oak barrels and heavily carbonized ex Bourbon barrels.
