Whisky Irish Single Malt patiently matured in first-fill ex Bourbon barrels and aged in barrels that contained rum from Conosorcio Licorero Nacional de Panama, which give it fruity notes that combine with the typical Irish vanilla and honey notes Whiskey of West Cork. It is produced in small batches, not cold filtered and without the addition of colourings.

TASTE: Slightly fruity, combination of fresh and dry, coffee and toast; dry finish with chocolate.

AGING: First-fill ex Bourbon American oak barrels and barrels that contained Rum of the Consorcio Licorero Nacional de Panama.
