Yellowstone ASMW is a whiskey American produced by one of the longest-lived dynasties of Stars and Stripes distilling, namely Limestone Branch Distillery. The Beam brothers - Steve and Paul - decided to do things big in 2010 by opening their own distillery, although the first stirrings of this family business date back to 1795, when their ancestor Jacob Beam put his signature on some batches Of whisky distilled in Kentucky, long before Prohibition when there were many local businesses linked to distilling and often family-run. Today it is the turn of the great-grandsons Stephen and Paul Beam who in 2010 decided to start their own business and carry on the family pride, being able to distill with great freedom while always pursuing the highest possible quality. We are pleased to present to you this Yellowstone ASMW which is essentially a current reinterpretation of the idea of whiskey American to a significant degree.
