Amara Full Proof Single Cask Caroni is the limited edition of the red amara di Sicilia. A production that counts as of 2022 a number of bottles equal to 3865. This product was born from the collaboration of Velier and Edoardo Strano, the real father of the agricultural Red company.

After inheriting the centenary citrus grove from his grandfather, Edoardo Strano began producing liqueurs using blood oranges directly grown and harvested by himself without chemical pesticides, using only natural fertilizers. Other fundamental ingredients are the water from the springs and the wild herbs of Etna. This incredible mix is ​​then left to mature for 12 months in very rare ex-Caroni barrels.

This precious liqueur, inside a lava stone cellar at the foot of Etna, is enriched by the aromas released by American oak wood and reaches a new state of maturation and softness.
