Bitter Amarica Italian Amaricato Al Whisky
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
Amaricato is a new type of bitter liqueur, where the herbs are no longer infused in neutral alcohol but, in fine distillates such as whisky, rum, brandy, mezcal with the aim of creating a liqueur with a more decisive character compared to the classic bitters and with greater depth of flavour.
Amarica is an Italian Amaricato al whisky born from the collaboration between the alchemist of spirits Francesco Menozzi and the owner of the Antica Acetaia Dodi, a historic vinegar factory in the Apennines, who made the beautiful location available to produce this liqueur. The care of the woods and the particular climatic conditions of the hills of Reggio Emilia and Modena contribute to making this amaro particular and with a unique flavour.
Amarica is a Single Malt Amaricato Scotch Whisky distilled on the island of Islay with the addition of multiple aromatic herbs and roots such as absinthe, quassio wood, cinchona, mace, ginger, mint, eucalyptus and citrus peel.
