The amaro is based on Ballor's original recipe, obtained from a very rare original bottle acquired by Elvio Bonollo from an Italian collector. The base has been carefully refined to give the product greater softness and versatility, maintaining the authenticity of the liqueur and adding aromatic depth and breadth. Amaro Ballor 100 Erbe can be enjoyed pure and cold, revealing its aromatic complexity in all its magnificence.
