Ancnoc Vintage 2007 Cask No.635 is not a whisky like the others but represents a selection coming from a single cask - number 635 - approved and chosen by Compagnia dei Caribbean, or the Italian importer for this distillery. This whisky it was distilled at Knockdhu in 2007, a distillery founded in 1894 and which has since unfortunately suffered several breaks in production, before returning in full force on purpose to celebrate 125 years of activity. This cask has contained the whisky from 2007 to 2022, the year in which Compagnia dei Caribbean selected the barrel and created 258 bottles maintaining the original alcohol content, without diluting with water.

TASTE: spicy and fruity, yellow flowers, peach and wildflower honey
