Ancnoc Vintage 2009 is a whisky of extraordinary value with the addition of the thousandth declared on the label, a sign of the attention of the Distillery for the use of the barrels and the skilful mixing of the various barrels. AnCnoc is certainly not a trendy distillery, yet this keeping away from the spotlight has allowed the Knockdhu property to get busy, roll up their sleeves and take small steps every day to get to concentrate only the best of the annual production in the bottle, despite the numbers are not from a large distillery but rather from a medium-capacity distillery. We are in Aberdeenshire, a stone's throw from the North Sea, in an uncontaminated area of ​​rare beauty, where the character of the men who have decided to live and work here is forged by centuries of bad weather. The whisky aged until 2021 in European and American oak barrels.
