Arran 21 Year Old is a dream come true, the fruit of a relatively young distillery that has made its way into the taste of drinkers of whisky all over the world thanks to a high level of quality. Arran was founded on the Isle of Arran in 1992 and began distilling in 1995, slowly releasing various types of product, the first with necessarily short refinements, lengthening the refinements over time. After releasing some whisky twenty and twenty-one year olds in limited quantities, Arran has decided to include this Arran 21 Year Old in their baseline, making it one of the whisky oldest available on the market talking about core-range, or the basic line of bottlings that each distillery offers and maintains over time.

Today talk about a whisky more than twenty years of aging is increasingly difficult, the market demand is increasingly high and many distilleries prefer to produce whisky young and often without age indication. For this Arran 21 Year Old, the refinement is exclusively in barrels that have contained Sherry, selected from the oldest in the Arran warehouses.
