700ml BOTTLE
Arran Port Cask Finish is a recent bottling by Arran but which carries on an ancient discourse, despite the young age of the Arran distillery. By completing thirty years of business, Arran has decided to radically change the packaging of its bottles and today elegance reigns supreme, although some bottlings have remained the same as then: this Arran Port Cask Finish is a whisky with no indication of age which completes most of the aging in ex bourbon oak barrels before being transferred to barrels that previously contained Port wine, a rather sought-after peculiarity which must be carefully monitored to prevent the wood of the Port is too intrusive: a successful marriage with the usual expertise of the Arran distillery.
