Balcones Distilling Co.

The Balcones distillery was founded in 2008 and is located in Texas in downtown Waco. The first Texas Whisky product was Baby Blue at the time of prohibition.

Their great success, given the numerous awards they have received, is also due to the care and attention they pay to the use of raw materials, from blue corn grown in New Mexico to malted barley grown in Texas. Also the particular attention to the use of the different barrels help to make these whisky particularly rich in flavour, intense and sweet, just as the characteristic climate found in Texas is an accomplice to the great successes of the Balcones Distilling Co.

I whisky by Balcones are free from artificial colors and flavors; in their range they often have extremely limited editions in addition to the classics available all year round.
